Return Policy:
We offer store credit or exchange only within 10 days of the receipt of the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All items must have the original tag attached. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable. Hair Accessories and seasonal items are Final Sale.
In the event a wrong item is mailed to a customer, we must be informed within 10 days and the item must be returned in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached.
International purchases are FINAL SALE.
